What they needed
Adiyogi is a training centre, not a content portal. They needed a public site that presents distinct programs for four audiences — schools, colleges, corporates and individuals — a place for enrolled trainees to take lessons, and an admin console so the centre can keep courses, trainers and media current without waiting on a developer.
How we built it
We built a pnpm/Turborepo of three Next.js apps on one Neon Postgres database. The marketing site is organised around how the centre actually works. The trainee portal at /learn is the authenticated classroom. The admin console lets staff create courses, modules and YouTube lessons, toggle what shows on the website, and provision trainees — there is no self-service signup, and no sync job between apps because they read the same database.

Marketing website
www.adiyogitraining.com — positioning, four audience pathways, a program catalogue with a dedicated page per offering, enquiry, testimonials, news, a video gallery and an event gallery. English and Tamil.
Trainee portal
www.adiyogitraining.com/learn — the authenticated classroom. Trainees are provisioned from admin, then work through published courses and YouTube lessons.
Admin console
adm.adiyogitraining.com — courses, modules and lessons, website visibility including drafts, trainer profiles, video-gallery curation and trainee accounts. English-only.
